We take a stand
We recognize the many injustices caused by the American political, economic, and social systems. We are committed to fighting these injustices as well as the inequalities that they create. Helping bring forward a better and more equitable system is a key priority here at LEO Digital Marketing.
"Privilege does not have to be negative, but we have to share our resources and take direction about how to use our privilege in ways that empower those who lack it."
- Bell Hooks.
Black Lives Matter
Our firm strongly supports the Black Lives Matter movement and the fight against racial injustice and police brutality. We have done so by peacefully marching with local leaders to demand justice. We have been apart of local conversations between highschool students of all races and genders and the police department with the goal of bringing our community closer together.
"How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world."

Enviromental justice and climate change are important issues to us here at LEO Digital Marketing. Becasue of this we opporate a recycling program so our waste doesn't go to waste. We buy our printed materials from green print shops that are made in the United States and will be hosting our first annual cleanup this spring.
"There comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular, but he must take it because conscience tells him it is right."

Criminal Justice Reform
The criminal justice system is not broken it is working as it was designed to. It is working to encarserate millions for minor offenses some of which should not be illegal in the first place. It is outragous to see the justice system act so unequally when decided the sentancing and bail for those standing trial.
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
- Margaret Mead
Our society still treats members of the LGBTQIA++ community as second class citizens. The right to marry who you love was not enough to change the hearts and minds of many who hide behind their faith when they spew hatered or commit acts of violence. Every year since 2019 we have attened the local Equality Springfield Transgender Day of Remeberance ceremony.
